These terms describe the responsible use of ShortsFactory for preparing, reviewing, scheduling, and publishing short-form media to connected accounts.

1. Use of the service
ShortsFactory is a content-operations tool for preparing, reviewing, scheduling, and publishing media that the operator is authorized to use. You are responsible for your account, uploaded media, captions, and compliance with applicable law and platform rules.
2. Connected accounts
When you connect a social account, you authorize the requested provider permissions through the provider's official authorization screen. You may disable or disconnect an account at any time from the application settings. Provider actions remain subject to the provider's terms, limits, and availability.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use ShortsFactory to upload content you do not have rights to use, evade platform safeguards, impersonate others, distribute unlawful material, or abuse provider APIs. We may suspend a connection that creates security, legal, or platform-policy risk.
4. Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Provider outages, API changes, rate limits, local computer shutdowns, and network failures can delay or prevent a publication. Scheduled publication should be reviewed in the application history.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated when the service or its provider integrations materially change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
